Description
Overview & Engineering Characteristics
BAOTI titanium wire is produced through multiple cold-drawing passes with intermediate vacuum anneals and diamond die sizing. Our ultra-clean ultrasonic degreasing process ensures zero-contamination surfaces critical for welding and medical applications. Available on precision wound spools, coils, and straight cut lengths. Hydrogen content controlled below 50 ppm for weld integrity.
