We can laser cut titanium plates up to 25mm thick. For thicker material, we recommend water jet cutting (up to 150mm) or plasma cutting (up to 200mm).

Can you cut complex shapes from titanium plate?

Yes, our laser and water jet cutting can produce complex 2D profiles with tight tolerances. Please provide a DXF or DWG drawing file.

Do you provide material test reports for cut pieces?

Yes, all cut pieces retain full traceability to the original heat. We provide EN 10204 3.1 mill test reports with every shipment.

What is the typical lead time for cutting services?

Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Rush cutting services with 24-hour turnaround are available for urgent requirements at a surcharge.

Do you offer cut-to-size titanium with no minimum order?

Yes, we accept single-piece and small-quantity cutting orders. There is no minimum order quantity for our cutting services, though pricing per cut may vary for small volumes.
