Our CNC machining center houses 300+ precision machines including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling and turning centers. We machine complex titanium components to aerospace tolerances.

From single prototype to mass production runs, BAOTI delivers fully finished titanium parts with tolerances down to ±0.01mm and surface finishes to Ra 0.4μm.

What titanium grades can you machine?

We machine all commercially available titanium grades including CP (Gr 1-4), Ti-6Al-4V (Gr 5), Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Gr 23), Ti-6242, Ti-5553, and Nitinol.

What is your minimum order quantity?

No minimum — we handle single prototype parts through to production volumes of 10,000+ pieces.

Can you machine from our supplied material?

Yes, we accept customer-furnished material (CFM) with valid mill test reports.

What tolerances can you achieve on titanium parts?

We routinely hold ±0.01mm on critical dimensions. Surface finish from Ra 0.4μm (mirror polish) to Ra 3.2μm (standard machined). All verified by CMM with AS9102 FAI reports.

Do you provide design assistance or DFM feedback?

Yes, our engineering team reviews your CAD files and provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback to optimize cost, lead time, and quality before production begins.
