What certifications come with every shipment?

Standard shipments include EN 10204 3.1 mill test reports with chemical composition, mechanical test results, and heat traceability. 3.2 certificates with third-party witness are available on request.

Can you perform testing to our custom specifications?

Yes, we routinely test to customer-specific requirements beyond standard ASTM/AMS specifications. Please provide your test requirements with your inquiry.

Do you support third-party witness testing?

Yes, we welcome customer source inspectors and third-party agencies (TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's) to witness testing at our laboratory. Advance scheduling is recommended.

What is the difference between EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2?

3.1 certificates are issued by the manufacturer's own quality department. 3.2 certificates require validation by both the manufacturer and an independent third-party inspection body, providing an additional layer of assurance.

How quickly can you turn around test reports?

Standard test reports are completed within 24-48 hours. Expedited same-day reporting is available for urgent orders. Digital PDF reports are emailed immediately upon completion.
